Adam Selzer

As owner and operator of Type Foundry Recording in Portland Oregon, Adam Selzer began Norfolk & Western in 1998. He wrote, recorded and played most of the instruments on the first full length Norfolk & Western, A Collection Of (FILMguerrero Limited Edition CD 1998), followed up with Norfolk & Western Centralia (FILMguerrero 2001 CD). Once a heavier schedule of playing and touring began, Selzer established a solid band consisting of Rachel Blumberg, drums, vocals, David Welch, bass, Tony Moreno, exterior sounds, and Adam, vocals and guitar. With the band a cohesive collective, Norfolk & Western release Winter Farewell.

Now Selzer plays and tours with M.Ward and records and tours with Norfolk & Western on the Portland based Hush Record Label.
